Tanzania Association of Environmental Engineers (TAEEs) is a professional, non-political, non-religious and not-for-profit Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), made up of environmental engineers, university professionals and representatives from business and the construction industry. It was first established in 2004 and officially registered under the Tanzanian Government in September 2005.
Our work focuses on the following four themes:
1. Provision of WASH services in rural communities.
2. Infrastructure and support for sustainable livelihoods in rural communities.
3. Education & awareness raising on water, sanitation, hygine and sustainable environmental management issues in schools, universities & communities.
4. Advocacy for environmental management, Biodiversity Conversation & Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs).

A 50,000 litre raised water tank that we are building in Lwoya Village, Mtwara District.
This 50,000 litres water tank built at Lwoya is now complete and awaiting completion of pipe network from Mpapura to complete and serve the Lyowa people.
Everything is complete now and awaiting for water fill from Mpapura village soon.
